Welcome back, students!  I am excited for the new school year 2022-2023.  This is my 16th year teaching at Prattville High School.

I worked in many industries (Real Estate, Banking, Manufacturing) before being an educator.  I have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and a Master Degree in Math Education.

Pre-Calculus is a class that includes Advanced Algebra and Trigonometry at a difficult level to prepare students to take Calculus.

Quarter 1: Algebra 2 Review, Unit 1 (Functions and Graphs), Unit 2 (Polynomial, Power, and Rational Functions)

Quarter 2: Unit 3 (Exponential, Logistic, and Logarithm Functions), Unit 7 (Systems and Matrices), Unit 4 (Trigonometric Functions)

Quarter 3: Unit 4 Part 2, Unit 5 (Analytic Trigonometry), Unit 6 (Applications of Trigonometry), Unit 8 (Analytic Geometry in 2 and 3 dimensions)

Quarter 4: Unit 9 (Discrete Mathematics), Unit 10 (Statistics and Probability), Unit 11 (An introduction to Calculus)

Algebra 2 with Statistics is a class that includes Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and introduction to Trigonometry to prepare students to take Pre-Calculus.

Quarter 1: Unit 0 (Algebra 1 Review), Unit 1 (Linear Functions and Systems)

Quarter 2: Unit 2 (Quadratic Functions and Equations), Unit 3 (Polynomial Functions)

Quarter 3: Unit 4 (Rational Functions), Unit 5 (Rational Exponents and Radical Functions), Unit 6 (Exponential and Logarithmic Functions), Unit 7 (Trigonometric Functions), 

Quarter 4: Unit 8 (Trigonometric Equations and Identities), Unit 9 (Conic Sections), Unit 10 (Matrices), Units 11 & 12 (Probability)
