Bio
Hello! My name is Kaitlyn Lawless, and I am proud to be the new Theatre Teacher and Director at Prattville High School for the 2025-2026 school year. As a graduate of PHS and Prattville Theatre, I value the longstanding commitment to excellence, and will strive to make our classes and program better than ever!
I have a Bachelor's of Science in Theatre Education from Troy University, and a certification to teach Theatre to grades P-12. I am entering year 8 as a Theatre Educator and Director, and have previously served with Albertville City, Elmore County, and Montgomery Public Schools.
I'm happily married to my husband Danny, and we have two young children that keep us on our toes.
In my free time, when I can get it, I love to read, spend as much time with my family as possible, and participate in our local community theatres. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your families this school year! Go Lions!
