Bio:
I am a 2013 graduate of Birmingham-Southern College, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in music (vocal) with a
minor in religion. In 2016, I obtained my Master of Arts degree in music
education (vocal-choral) from the University of Alabama. In 2019, I
received my specialist degree in music education (vocal-choral) from
Auburn University. In 2023, I received my Doctor of Philosophy degree in Music Education (Vocal-Choral) from Auburn University. Music became a
significant part of my life in junior high school when my music teacher
instilled in me a passion for choral music. Music has facilitated
numerous opportunities for me to perform with academic and professional
choirs in several unique places, including the Cathedral of Notre Dame
in Paris, France, and Saint Mark’s Basilica in Venice, Italy.
