My husband and I both work in the English department here at the high school.  We have two young daughters who keep us very busy.  I am an avid SEC college football fan, but my favorite team of all time is obviously The Alabama Crimson Tide (Roll Tide Roll)!

I absolutely love being a teacher.  Seeing the students put their heart and soul into their work and then reap the benefits of that productive struggle are what makes my job worthwhile.  I truly cherish the connections I am able to make with each student in the pursuit of their goals.

I am very appreciative of communication with my students and their parents.  I am easiest to reach via email.  My email address is:

I look forward to having an outstanding school year!
